Hi Randy, That’s an interesting idea. Right now about 90% of our upgrade members are men. Typically most ladies wait for the men they are corresponding with will upgrade, since only one or the other has to upgrade to take advantage of the additional features. Perhaps we could offer that on a trial basis, but most ladies do not have credit cards, and sending through western union costs an additional $10 for the transaction fee. For these reasons we actually give upgraded memberships without any payment to any member who creates a video to help us publicize our site and submits it to youtube or to us directly.

I have no problem with this being a pay site. However, your fees seem somewhat high for the average Filipina, who does not have the financial resources of the average male member here. I would suggest keeping the current rates for males the same, and give Filipinas a 50% discount. I believe that would result in significantly more Filipinas upgrading to paid memberships, which would actually increase your revenue.

There is no problem with a fee based site, it is common sense that you need to be compensated for your time and cost. But I think your rates are too steep based on your traffic, and if you want to grow you need get more people to join. Lowering rates does not necessarily mean less revenue.

Hi Azucena, If your free membership expires we would be happy to extend your free membership period. If you would like to upgrade and do not have the funds to do so by payment, please read our blog entry on creating a video for the site. You can see that other members have created videos in this way for instance here, here, and here.

Our payment processor is setup so that you should be able to pay with a European bank account directly. However, most of our members from Europe pay via Western Union or paypal (which can be funded directly from your bank account also). If you have any trouble with this, please contact us through the feedback link at the bottom of the site’s pages, or call us at the numbers listed on the Upgrade page.

I also would like to ask, do you accept e-banking remittance? I don’t use credit cards, as I pay all my bills by electronic banking which is the safest in Europe, and i find sending checks by mail is not safe and takes a couple of days. Yes, wouldn’t it be nice if it were free! Perhapse the people wanting it for free would be willing to pay all your bills, this way you wouldn’t need the money!! In my opinion, I think your right for charging, as long as you deliver the service you promise!! I’m a Plumbing contractor and I’m always getting people who want things done for nothing. That just is not how the world works and the Bible does say a workman is worth his wages!!!
I’m new here, but like I said before as long as you deliver the services you promise, go ahead and charge.
