Help us make videos about Christian Filipina for a free upgrade!

Because we understand the financial challenge for some of our members in upgrading their memberships, we have decided to offer another possibility, for men or women, from any country: help us make videos about our website for video sharing sites like youtube.com.

We are going to start out with the following terms, although we may adjust these in the future: If you act in a video, we will give you a complimentary 7-day or 30-day upgraded membership depending on the length of the video.  If you produce the video yourself and load it to youtube.com or another video sharing site, we’ll give you a complimentary 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, or 180-day membership depending on the number of views (100 views 7-day;1,000 views 30-day; 10,000 views 90-day; 50,000 views 180-day).

We do ask that the video should be about our site.  It could explain your reasons for joining the site, for instance.  Or if you would like, you could make screencasts to show how to use the site features.  If we like the videos, with your permission, we may even feature them on the site, as well as having them in youtube (or any other video sharing site where you post the videos).

If you live near Manila, it may be convenient for you to work with Mary Ann, who is one of our staff who will be making some videos in Manila in February and March this year.  If you would like to be in one of her videos, please write to christianfilipina@hotmail.com to set up a place and time to take a video describing why you chose to join Christian-Filipina.com and what you like about the site.  We can’t promise that Mary Ann will have time to feature all our members who wish to appear in her videos, but please do write to her if you would like to try to set up a time.  If you can’t, don’t forget to use your cell phone or video camera to create your own videos and help spread the word.

After you’ve created your video, just email us using the feedback link from our site so we can watch the video.

Would You Like to Help Us Improve Our Website? We Need Your Input

Over the upcoming week, we’ll be inviting some of our upgraded members to talk with us on the phone and to do screen-sharing to help us see what elements of the present website design are important to keep and change.  If you are an upgraded member and would like to spend 20-30 minutes talking with us about the website, we will reimburse you with an additional week added to your upgraded membership.  Just contact us using our contact/feedback form.  We are especially interested if you have the latest version of skype installed (it allows screen sharing) but even if you do not have that program and just want to participate, just let us know your timezone, phone number, and a good time to contact you.
